COMPANY VALUES | Pocket sized brochure | Large display boards
Strong Design worked with Emerson, Cookstown’s HR Department to develop a set of company values to help their employees in achieving their goals as well as the company’s. All departments were involved in the process and a character was created with the attributes of each value. A pocket size brochure was designed for each staff member and large display boards were erected throughout the plant. These values have been integrated into all work processes at Emerson, Cookstown and have been implemented in some of the European plants.
